F105 is a semi-automatic Case Erector that folds the bottom flaps of boxes fed into the machine by an operator, allowing time savings of up to 50%. The box with the bottom flaps folded remains in a vertical position for the filling operation. Subsequently it can be pushed through a pneumatic cylinder in a “fixed format” case sealer machine for sealing with adhesive tape.

PS50-TB is a packing and taping station made up of a boxes forming station with pusher cylinder and a sealing section with top and bottom driven belts suitable for packaging of various box dimensions. Thanks to its ergonomic design, it is a perfect integration of semi-automatic case erector and case sealer.

Siat Boxmaster series are automatic case erectors designed to form and at a later stage to seal with adhesive tape the bottom of boxes. The machines run at a variable output up to 1100 boxes/hour according to box dimensions. Machine adjustments are simple and fast.
